I know as a busy mom with 3 young children, a spouse who travelled all the time, and a demanding career, it seemed I was barely hanging onto life... let alone moving towards my goals. And most importantly, how could I get my values and goals to line up with my daily activities?!

It was during these chaotic years that I learned I had VERY little control of what happened during my day. What I did have control over was how I spent my time at the beginning and end of the day – my bookends so to speak.

Why weren’t my customers buying from me? Why wasn’t my husband connecting with me? Why weren’t my children listening to me? Why was my life so #$%@ frustrating? Why couldn’t it just be easier?
